Ideas Forums, its data providers and affiliates and our Sponsors gives no warranty or guarantee relating to availability of this website or our operation of it, or that the Content or the server that makes this website available are error or virus free or free of other harmful components or that your use of this website and/or the Content will be uninterrupted.

In the event that any of the disclaimers, exclusions or limitations contained herein are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, either in whole or in part, such the disclaimer, exclusion or limitation shall be deemed severed from these terms to the extent of such invalidity and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining the disclaimers, exclusions or limitations.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and will keep indemnified Ideas Forums, its data providers and affiliates and our Sponsors on demand against all claims, costs, proceedings, demands, losses, damages, expenses (including legal expenses) or liability whatsoever arising directly or indirectly as a result of:
- any breach of these terms and conditions by you; or
- your fault, negligence or breach of statutory duty; or
- your use of software or extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on this website.
12. Purchases
12.1 Payment of tickets is due on booking
12.2 Refunds are not available but substitutions and deferments are available as provided below.
12.3 Substitutions can only be made up to 24 hours before the event starts. Substitutions to tickets must be sent to info@ideasforums.com Any changes to the tickets will automatically update all other parts of the packages. There is no cost for a substitution.
12.4 Please ensure that you include the full invoicing address, the correct name and the email address of the desired invoice recipient.
12.5 If you are booking multiple tickets, please make sure to include the full names, email addresses and job titles of all those attending.
12.5 INSTALMENT PAYMENTS
12.7.2 If you’ve purchased a payment plan via the early bird instalment plan, you will be contacted via a member of the team to arrange the next 2 instalments. If this price is not paid in full, the ticket will be void. No refunds will be available on the first 25% instalment.
12.7 CANCELLATIONS/CREDITS
12.7.1 Ideas Forum Ltd do not provide refunds for cancellations, and any fees due are payable in full. If you have to cancel your registration, you can either send a substitute colleague in your place, or claim a credit within the time frame detailed below for another Ideas Forum Ltd event.
12.7.2 For cancellations received in writing more than ten (10) working days prior to an event, you will receive a 100% credit to be used at another event for up to one (1) year from the date of issue. Credit will be issued for the cost of the ticket but we cannot guarantee that a comparable package will be available, and we hold no responsibility to provide an equivalent substitute package.
12.7.3For cancellations received less than ten (10) working days prior to the event, no credits will be issued.
12.8 Event Changes
We reserve the right to:
12.8.1 alter the advertised format, date, timing, content and/or location of the event; or
to cancel the event in each case at any time.
12.8.2 Where we change the format, date, timing, content or location of the event your ticket for the event will be valid for the event as altered. You will not be entitled to a refund and we shall not be liable to you for any other cost or other expenses (including, without limitation, wasted costs and expenses) incurred by you as a consequence (including, without limitation, travel and accommodation expenses).
12.8.3 Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms and conditions, if on or after the date ten days before the date of the event you provide written notice to us accompanied by evidence in form and substance satisfactory to us that, as a direct result of COVID-19 (which term includes any mutation thereof):
the government of the country or state where you are resident (“Delegate Territory”) has closed its border so that you are prohibited from travel from or back to Delegate Territory; or the government of Delegate Territory has issued official advice against travel to the UK; the government of Delegate Territory has imposed an unavoidable quarantine on return from travel from the UK; or the government or state of Delegate Territory has imposed a period of lockdown so that you are prohibited from leaving your home except for essential requirements:
then your ticket will be transferred to the next edition of the event.
12.8.4 Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms and conditions, if we determine that, a direct result of COVID-19, it has become commercially impractical or unfeasible to hold the event, we will notify you in writing as soon as reasonably practicable, and your ticket will be transferred to the next edition of the event. We reserve the right to do this at any time and we shall not be liable to you for any other cost or other expenses (including, without limitation, wasted costs and expenses) incurred by you as a consequence (including, without limitation, travel and accommodation expenses). If the replacement event is not held within twelve months of the date of the original event, you will be entitled to a full refund.
13 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ideas Forum Ltd shall not be liable to the delegate for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever or howsoever caused, including consequential losses, arising directly or indirectly in connection with the event.
13.1 General
13.2 All notices shall be given by e-mail to us at info@ideasforums.com or, to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide during the registration process (if any). Notice will be deemed received 24 hours after e-mail is sent or 3 days after the date of posting.
13.3 These terms and conditions (together with any variations to them pursuant to section 12) form the entire agreement between the parties concerning your access to, browsing and/or use of this website and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements, understandings and representations made between us (whether written or oral) concerning this website.
13.4 If the whole or any part of any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason the same shall to the extent required to be severed from these terms and conditions and rendered ineffective so far as is possible without modifying the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions and shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions.
13.5 No waiver by Ideas Forums of any breach of these terms and conditions shall constitute a waiver of any other prior or subsequent breach and Ideas Forums shall not be affected by any delay, failure or omission to enforce or express forbearance granted in respect of any of your obligations.
13.6 These terms and conditions and/or your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute which may arise.
13.7 Changes to these Terms and Conditions
13.8 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by uploading amended terms and conditions to this website.
13.9 Any changes shall be effective immediately upon uploading to this website provided that, in the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of the updated terms and conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
13.10 Your continued use of this website or utilisation of the Services constitutes your agreement to all such amended terms and conditions.
